With a rich background spanning over 15 years in Accounting, Tax, and Finance across various industries, Sachin brings a wealth of knowledge and insightful value to his clients.
His expertise extends to Federal and International Tax, demonstrated during his tenure as the Director of Tax Planning at Ventas, where he spearheaded foreign and US tax planning for acquisitions and related structuring.
Sachin's earlier roles include Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Tax.
His skill set encompasses advantaged tax planning strategies, transaction planning, tax restructuring, foreign tax credit planning, as well as handling tax compliance, FBAR, and FATCA-related issues. Leveraging this extensive experience, Sachin collaborates with clients to establish goals and strategies that enhance their bottom line. His commitment to providing tailored advice and guidance unique to each business is unwavering.
Sachin holds a B.S. in Accounting from M.L. Sukhadia University, a PGDM from the Institute of Management, Nirma University, and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago. As a certified public accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society, he remains dedicated to delivering focused and personalized service to his clients.
