Director
Mike, the Director of Attestation and Tax, brings over 25 years of diverse tax and financial experience.
His expertise spans business and tax planning, financial and budgeting forecasts, and the review of various tax returns, including multi-state returns. Before co-founding Trimarco Radencich, LLC, Mike made significant contributions to regional accounting firms in the Chicagoland area and suburbs.
He provides tax and business consulting services to clients in the construction, manufacturing, service, and real estate industries.
A member of the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society, Mike actively participates in the Illinois CPA Society's Flow-Through Entities Committee and holds an affiliate membership with the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He's a former member of the Chicago Builder Congress (CBC) and the Association of Subcontractors & Affiliates (ASA).
Recognized as an expert, Mike frequently lectures on current tax matters.
His academic background includes a B.S. in Accounting from Minot State University and an M.S. in Taxation from DePaul University.
