What You Will Do
Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a strong concentration on non-profit organizations.
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and resource.
Collaborate with partners and other senior staff to identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the highest level of service to clients.
Your Experience Includes
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
CPA license certification required.
5+ years’ financial statement audit experience, some experience with non-profit audits preferred.
Proven leadership abilities and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
